Writing with Authors is a plug-and-play creative writing program that gives middle and high school students the tools and inspiration to write, polish, and finish their own short or novel-length stories. Designed for classrooms and clubs. No writing background required.
Participating student groups not only get a full guided curriculum complete with video lessons, a written guide and worksheets, but groups of 15 or more get a FREE virtual visit from one of our authors. Students can ask questions, share their work, and learn all about the life of an author!
WWA uses a best-in-class curriculum from Ready Chapter 1 that helps professional storytellers around the world become published authors. These lessons cover essential writing skills from ideation and character development to plot structure and revision. All in, the program includes more than 50 flexible lessons across ten modules that can be customized for beginner, intermediate, or advanced writing groups.
